Welcoming Our New Priest in Charge
The Reverend Beth Grundy

We are blessed to be welcoming Reverend Beth Grundy as our new rector starting December 1st. Reverend Grundy has been an Episcopal priest with 16 years of experience in parish ministry. Her primary interests are congregational and leadership development for ministry, particularly around collaboration and partnership, Christian formation, and pastoral care and companionship through community building, preaching, liturgy, and prayer.

Godly Play is Here

We have been so blessed to be able to adopt the acclaimed Godly Play curriculum.  The program kicked off on December 8th with  a brand new classroom and lessons on the Advent season.  This interactive and deeply creative approach encourages children to enter into the various Bible stories of the day and relate them to their personal experience. Godly Play teaches children through the art of play using religious language, parable, sacred story, silence, and liturgical action.

Our heartfelt thanks goes out to all of the parishioners who have sponsored this program by funding the purchase of the program, donating carpet for the classroom, making curtains and pillows, and sponsoring our classroom shelves. With your help we will be able to bring Jesus into the lives of our youth.

Everyone is welcome to come to the classroom to observe this amazing program!
