Sky's the Limit Vacation Bible School




 
Abundant Life Garden Project
Exciting News!!! As  part of our Sunday school theme, we now have a 25x25 ft plot at the Sandwich Community Garden located at the end of Victory Drive off  Jan Sebastian Way!! The seeds the Sunday school are starting will go to the greenhouse at the garden and we can plant the seeds and watch them grow.

We need all parishioners to consider volunteering in this effort. We will donate portions of our harvest to the Upper Cape Helping Hands Food Panty, located here at St. John's.

If you and/or your family would like to participate in this fullfilling project, please contact Myriah.

The St. John's church family celebrated our second annual Consecration Sunday on November 20th. If you missed it, you missed a great breakfast. We hope you will still fill out a pledge card for 2012.

The 2011 St John's Christmas Fair

Prayer Chain - A prayer chain is a powerful way to support and strengthen others in time of need. People who wish prayers for themselves or others can contact coordinators Jos Schermerhorn (888-1987) or Christie Lowrance (888-4683).

The St. John's Church's 7th Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser was held on Monday June 13th at New Seabury Country Club.

St. John's Episcopal Church provides many services to our comunity and beyond.
St. John's  contributes to and supports programs like Habitat for Humanity, the Friends of Friends Food Pantry, Toys For Tots, Independence House as well as providing regular meeting space for groups such as the Brownies, Al-Anon and AA. St. John's also provides a "Gathering Meal" every month to provide a delicious lunch for all that needed it.
